Filmmaker & multi-disciplinary artist Jinna Kim presents fresh takes on the intersectionality of Black Lives Matter and Stop Asian Hate with an hour long screening of her original short films followed by a brief Q&A. The screening will kick-off with Jinna's short film collaboration with Dupp & Swat for the first ever FRESH2DEATH exhibit at the Mint Museum (commissioned in 2022).

Description of Event : Tha Hunt presents an augmented reality (AR) pop-up show featuring life-size renderings of brick-and-mortar stores from popular modern retail brands. The pop-up show would be a unique and immersive shopping experience, showcasing a variety of products from leading modern retail brands. Using AR technology, we would create life-size renderings of the retailers' physical stores, allowing customers to explore the stores and see the products in person, even if the physical stores are located far from the pop-up show.

THE NORTH CAROLINA BLACK CREATIVE CONFERENCE is an event series about the invaluable contribution of interdisciplinary black creatives who have defined the culture of North Carolina on their own terms.

This conference is partially funded through the Infusion Fund to The Matriarch Collective, The Matriarch Collective has a mission to develop and support opportunities for women creatives of color. The fund is a partnership between the The City of Charlotte, the Foundation For The Carolinas and private donors to bolster local arts and culture.
